    Shane Lott

    REALTOR®

    Shane began her involvement in real estate at a very young age - about 8 years old. Some of her earliest memories are helping her mother, who is also a REALTOR®, blow up balloons for open houses. Her love of real estate (or was it a love of balloons?) blossomed from there.

     

    Fast forward many years. Shane began her career in real estate after purchasing her first rental property. Combining her Marketing / Sales background with her real estate experience, it was only natural that she would continue to expand into residential real estate sales. Today, she specializes in helping clients with their residential sales and purchases in Richmond Metro area.

     

    Outside of real estate you are likely to find Shane out and about in the Fan District with her husband, Gibbs and their two boys, James and Maxwell. Additionally, Shane is involved in many community-based organizations like the Junior League of Richmond, Fan Woman's Club and the Fox PTA.

    From contract to closing, Kelly is a rock star when it comes to coordinating and managing all the details associated with selling or buying your home. Behind the scenes, there are countless details and deadlines to manage- addendums, appraisals, inspections ... the list goes on. Kelly coordinates with all the parties involved and manages the process for our clients. She is Shane's right hand (wo)man and ensures that we are on track and getting you successfully to the closing table.
